In the land of the blind,

We track down the one-eyed man and take care of the offending orb with a pencil.
In the quest to be classified as much of a moron as their sensory laden brethren, the deaf have decided that it should be their right to create deaf children.
What?
I said that the deaf want to create deaf children.
WHAT?
I said that the deaf want to create children that are also deaf!
WHAT?
Holy crap, what is your problem?
More power to you if you want to stick a couple genes in a blender and create an offspring that will satiate your affinity for earth tones and nostalgia for old Twiggy films. You won’t hear any complaints from me. I wish you all the best.
I simply find it slightly amusing that deaf parents don’t want to take the chance that they might have hearing enabled children. They want to make sure the little bastards can’t hear a freaking word you’re saying.
We get it. You’re discriminated against at drive-in movies. Pay phones piss you off. I mean, hell, blind people get braille plaques at the drive through at McDonald’s. That’s just messed up.
It would be fun to be a fly on the wall when “the talk” goes down concerning why the parents requested that junior be deaf.
I guess it could be worse though. the little one should just be glad that he wasn’t mixed up in a beaker for a pair of eunuchs.
