Cheney Mason, a lawyer, went on Dateline and dared anyone to try to prove that his client was able to drive across two states and commit a crime in the time that prosecuters all alleged. In fact, he offered one million dollars to the person that could prove it.
Dustin Kolodziej proved it. He went so far as to video tape the trip.
