You know Reiser, that guy that didn’t kill his wife and later led the authorities to her body? They gave him 15 to life.
For those of you that may feel that the justice system is overly harsh, keep in mind that he got a better sentence than his wife.
For those of you using his file system, you’d better hope that he took better care creating it than he did covering up murder.
I’d make a backup, just in case.

Hans Reiser, creator of the ReiserFS file system was finally convicted of murdering his wife.
I’m not going to bother sharing thoughts on his guilt or innocence, but after reading the article, I think you’ll agree that although he may be a genius, he is no good at the creative thought process.
