What do you do if a 76 year old man navigating an antique tractor in the town parade can’t stop in time and hits the patrol car you pulled into his path? Well, if you’re a member of the Cheyenne, WY police force, it seems that the appropriate action is to taze the belligerent fucker.

Berrien Springs police officer Ryan Venno fell off of a bridge while positioning himself to target passing motorists with a radar gun. His police chief stated:
We’ll definitely make sure officers don’t take positions like that in the future. But again, he was trying to find the best place out of sight, non-conspicuous to motorists coming through, …
Which clears the air for anyone thinking otherwise. He was trying to find an inconspicuous space, not to increase the revenue generated by the speed trap, but to protect you.
